THE FIRST STEP...
How we design your artwork
Once you have selected a scene from the 100's available that suits your pet's personality one of our award winning artists begins the digital painting process using our state of the art graphic design drawing tablets , from start to finish your art stays with the same artist who will re-touch, blend and enhance your supplied image of your pet to perfectly fit our scenes and become a real work of art! (this process can take up to 3 days to finish depending on the quality of the image you supply us with..)
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR ART IS FINISHED...
We send your art to check
We very rarely get requests to make alterations from customers because our artist are that good at hitting a home run 99% of the time but of course we understand that there may be something that is just not quite sitting right, this is why we send a digital proof for you to check to ensure you are happy with the work we have done, if there is something you need altering for example lighting or shadows etc then we welcome your input and will make necessary changes until you are happy!
START THE PRESSES!
Time to print your work
Once you have approved your artwork, it is sent downstairs to our printing lab and loaded into our large format Giclée printers, we select our premium white canvas and whichever product you have chosen then send your one of a kind masterpiece through our machines using a 12 colour print process which makes your artwork really "PoP", the Ink we use is also the same ink used in museums meaning that your artwork will last for over 80 years without fading!
ALL DONE!
Quality Check and Shipping
That's it!, there's nothing more to it... once we have passed your order through quality checking we package it up using sturdy cardboard and send it on its way to you!, we use a tracked courier for piece of mind too!
